COVID-19 Prevention Plan

As events have unfolded this year, we have been committed to serving our customers and caring for our staff in the safest ways possible. As we transition to the GREEN phase, we are working on plans to safely open our storefront soon for walk-in customers. For now, please read our policy for placing orders for curbside pick up until we are ready to safely and effectively serve you in our storefront:

ORDERS

Place your order online for curbside pickup by adding menu items to your cart, add pickup date and estimated pickup time, and proceed to checkout. Please include all contact information at checkout, including cellphone number so we can best serve you.

Please understand, while we will do our best to serve you as quickly as possible, our main goal is safety. Ordering at least an hour in advance helps us to keep up with demand while keeping our kitchen clean and organized. Ordering a day in advance allows us extra time to prioritize and prepare your order.
Forgot to order ahead? No problem! Order online if you’re on your way, or view our menu online and CALL us at 814-954-4960 to place your order from our parking lot. We will prepare your order and serve you as quickly as possible.


PICKUP

When you arrive for pickup, park in a designated spot and TEXT us at 814-753-1163. (Please note this is a TEXT only number, we cannot answer if you call.). Please wait in or by your car until you receive pickup instruction. Customers are required to maintain 6 feet distance, wear face coverings, and show kindness and patience to staff and other customers.
If you are experiencing any symptoms, please STAY HOME! Ask a friend to pickup your order... I’m sure they wouldn’t mind if you got them a sweet treat in return!

SAFETY

We have always prioritized safety and keeping a clean kitchen. With the current situation, we have been training our staff on  new government guidance on proper sanitation, hand washing, wearing face coverings and gloves, and keeping with social distancing. 
We are staying up to date with government guidance and taking this issue very seriously.
